How good does my photo need to be?
Not very. One clear-ish view of their face is enough. A phone photo is fine — that's what this is built for.
How long does it take?
Your versions come back on the page in about twenty seconds, free, before you've paid anything — and if anything goes wrong at our end, they're in your inbox by tomorrow morning at the latest. Once you pick one, allow up to two weeks for printing and UK delivery. Your confirmation gives you a specific arrival date, so if it's for a birthday or under a tree you'll know before you commit.
Is the artwork made by a person?
